Career Development

NATBA provides a range of career development resources for members at every stage of their legal journey. From law school students navigating their first internships to seasoned partners considering judicial appointments, we offer mentorship programs, CLE seminars, and networking opportunities tailored to the unique needs of Taiwanese American legal professionals.

Mentorship Program

Our flagship mentorship program pairs law students and junior attorneys with experienced mentors who provide guidance on career paths, work-life balance, and navigating the legal profession. Mentees gain invaluable insights, while mentors find fulfillment in giving back to the community.

Scholarships and Grants

NATBA awards scholarships annually to deserving Taiwanese American law students to help offset the cost of legal education. We also provide grants to support members attending professional conferences and pursuing public interest work.

Community Partners

We work closely with allied organizations including the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA), local Taiwanese American Chambers of Commerce, and university Taiwanese student associations to amplify our impact and expand opportunities for our community.
